1st Class Solutions was established in 2009 by people that are passionate about furniture. After opening and eventually selling the local residential furniture store, The Pavillion, Kim Newsom was ready for her next challenge—contract commercial furnishings. With a well-trained eye for quality and a broad knowledge base, she curated a collection of reputable furniture lines that serve everything from home offices to corporate entities.

Account Manager + Interior Designer

Lacy is a native of Lubbock and serves as an Account Manager and Interior Designer. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. She has held various roles in the field of design and construction management over her career. She is skilled in sales and project management. Lacy loves to travel and spend time with her husband, Kelsey, and two boys, Caden and Logan.

Leeanne Bergen, LEED AP, IIDA

Interior Designer + Project Coordinator

Leeanne is an expert commercial furniture interior designer with over 10 years of experience in project coordination for commercial dealerships. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University in Interior Design and is a certified LEED AP with a master’s degree in Environmental Design. She brings value to the team in project space planning and product selection, as well as project coordination and management for the purchasing and installation of commercial furniture. Leeanne loves spending time with her husband, Steven, and her two girls, Maddilynn and Charlize.

Calvin Sechrist

Office Furniture Sales + Project Management

Calvin is a native of Lubbock and serves as an Account Manager. His is a graduate of Texas Tech University. He has had been with several companies in different rolls within the office furniture industry. He has many years of experience in sales and consulting in all aspects of office furniture uses and needs. At 1st Class Solutions, he has 10+ years of experience hands on management of projects from design/sales to installations. Calvin and wife, Dawndra, love to travel. They have children, Brice and wife Katie, and Tatum.
